Organized and drove continuous integration and test for Nokia's 5G radio products portfilio covering both sub 6Ghz and mm Wave base stations. Key in blending multi cultrual teams into Nokia's one vision towards Dev Ops. Along with my team of outstanding French test engiineers and squad group leaders we released the first cmW , FDD and mmW base stations to comerical deployment, with a focus on automating our quick testing of SCM builds from Jenkins to validation of both analog and digital beamforming on our first generation 5G radios, and deployed an OTA ( over the air ) test system in the Nokia Paris Saclay technology center. Additionally focused our testing into 1 framework solution, to increase our test automation ratios allowing for higher reuse and quality in our regression

Managed system release builds via control board processes. Implemented customer release documentation enhancement from paper to electronic, along with remote software distribution via FTPs. Representative to Verizon Wireless account teams on defects and resolutions.
