I've been a techie my entire life and worked in Silicon Valley for more than 20 years. Starting out in customer service, on the front lines with end user support. From there moving my way up to a lead position. After this Quality Assurance was the best move to better utilize my detailed reporting and analysis skills. In my current position I've managed a core team of Senior and Associate level QA Test Analysts as well a larger external team. This included daily job tasking, test planning, and project management. Successfully management QA teams for gameplay, client engineering, LiveOps and server engineering. Together with my team, Blizzard was able to launch it's first AAA mobile title. This was a multi year project that I was brought into to assist in carrying the QA team to soft launch and WW launch. In this position I gained extensive experience in management, ISTQB Certification, and had the opportunity to take and study rigorous courses in people and project management.Looking for a posistion in Software QA Management where I can continue to utilize all that I've learned and level up my skills.
