I have a unique role on the team where I am responsible for establishing how business processes are done along with providing other solutions that allow our operations to scale with a fast-growing business.I have faced unique challenges such as being apart of the initial assessment of COVID-19’s impact on international supply chains resulting in work from those efforts being requested by the White House response team. I have reduced costs for the company by reducing the time and labor required to onboard new service providers by 60% - saving the company $600,000+ over two-years. I have expanded our business by designing and building a project that has vastly increased the number of providers in our service network which forecasts tens of millions in additional revenue per year.I have also been provided opportunities that allow me to develop outside my standard job.
