Average annual spend of $50-70M in acquisition and development, managing a $110M land supply pipeline, and providing over 500-700 residential lots to homebuilding annually.Previous commercial experience includes leading the life cycle execution of 55 new Target stores, including market strategy, site selection and acquisition, due diligence, project development, municipal entitlement and permit approvals, risk management, construction, and ultimately asset management. Total project development of 6.2 Million sf of retail and estimated capital spend of $1.6 Billion, highly focused on the West Coast and Hawaii. Project highlights include adaptive reuse and redevelopments of urban infill properties in Los Angeles and Honolulu, mixed use vertical developments, City Target / Target Express initiatives, Target Canada roll out, and maneuvering through complex entitlements (I.e., CEQA). Led a variety of teams of 5-10 design and construction professionals, successfully maneuvering through internal and external processes efficiently.
