As a senior maintenance sergeant at the US Army, I have over 20 years of experience in managing and executing the maintenance activities of the unit, including equipment, vehicles, weapons, and supplies. I am certified in SAP, a leading software for supply chain management, and I use it to optimize the performance and readiness of the maintenance resources and personnel in support of various military operations. I am proficient in 3PL and warehouse management. My core competencies are communication, property accountability, and organization skills.
