• Design, implement and trouble shoot VOIP IP PBX products, rich knowledge of IP Routing and Switches. Sangoma Digium Asterisk FreePBX system installation.• Prepare PCB files, BOM, Selection of right components for build and test the proto-samples.• Conduct Functional Testing against the testing spec under Linux environment and Asterisk or Freepbx, trouble shoot problems aroused and work out the solutions. Such as FXO,FXS modules, Asterisk analog and digital cards.• Overseeing the manufacture process for ensure products were built correctly.

• Supervise resolution of customer’s complains for Conexant’s broadband products• Interact with R&D located in United States and India for get consensus on problems resolution, Interact with local engineering team and sales team for implement the solution.• Active engaged in product cost optimizations, management of product and BOM changes, product functional/compliance testing reviews. • Development of evaluation boards and product reference designs: System design, Schematic capture, PCB board layout supervision, product manufacturing supervision, and functional verification of product designs.
