Good technical knowledge in transducer and speaker system design, measurement and material features，the T/S parameter's mutual relationship, improving the SPL, parameter and tuning. Designed from conception to mass production of many successful products, including simulations, transducer and enclosure design, tuning systems. Involved the writing of patent applications and interfacing with patent attorneys. Applied 6 patents for speakers.B) Design and Test softwareFamiliar with computer aided programs including L.E.A.P. Enclosure and Crossover shop, LMS, CLIO, DATS, and FEMM. I also have my special design sheet for transducer’s design.C) Team workIn charge of acoustic engineering team. Responsible for the direction of products from conception to mass production. Coordinate with project managers and program managers tracking the scheduling, maintaining cost and Quality. Mentoring our acoustic engineers and technicians. Working closely with quality department, testing and writing Quality test procedures. We have good team work spirit and solve problem effectively.
