 Eric F. Pangburn is a performance-driven, action-oriented, strategic, and process-focused criminal investigator, showcasing 20+ years of military service and 09+ years of investigative experience in all facets of managing sensitive/complex criminal, fraud & counterintelligence investigations/operations, crime scene investigation, child exploitation investigations, foreign liaison, and threat neutralization. He has proven expertise in law enforcement, force protection, national security, interviewing/interrogation, evidence collection, counter surveillance, felony complaints evaluations, and project management. Throughout his career, Eric has proven record in planning & conducting criminal, in-garrison counterintelligence and fraud & criminal investigations & operations, while receiving & evaluating felony complaints, conducting interviews, and processing crime scenes/testifies at court proceedings. He has the capability of independently planning, developing, and conducting major criminal felony investigations, as well as participating in large scale joint task force felony criminal investigations having national or international jurisdictional or media interest, along with leading significant/potentially dangerous undercover functions, including undercover surveillance and operations. He is skilled in maintaining pertinent statistical/management data, identifying vulnerabilities, management/policy deficiencies & other crime conducive conditions, evaluating incoming criminal information and intelligence data, and initiating investigative and intelligence follow-up actions. He is able to conduct protective security services and execute investigations, including background investigations, criminal investigations, counterintelligence and counter-terrorism inquiries, and investigative work preparing for court appearances, and testifying in court and other legal proceedings, along with safeguarding classified & sensitive information/materials, and assessing physical security threats against U.S. interests, properties, systems, and other diplomatic installations and personnel abroad, while responding to emergency situations, preparing documents, attending meetings, delivering briefings, and making recommendations. Eric is a highly-dedicated and dynamic professional, identifying opportunities, and resolving discrepancies.
