Handled most of Volume's smaller scale projects in this hybrid role of Project Manager, Account Manager, Designer, Production Manager, and Lead Installer. This included client communication, estimates/ invoicing, technical design, build drawings, and project timelines. I was also very hands on with the fabrication process and physically built a large portion of my projects.

I started at Substrate Fabrication (now Volume Industries) as a Lead Carpenter / Job Lead. Working with Project Managers, I led a team of carpenters to deliver builds on time and ensured quality control of the highest standard.
