Maintain proper work flow of all incoming store facilities related calls from across the country with over 3,400 stores. Follow up with vendor partners on work orders that have aged past the expected completion date to ensure that Service Level Agreements are being met. Strategically work with business partners on the Procurement, Construction, and Design teams to source specific materials to complete a work order the best possible cost. Collaborate within the Facilities team on new processes to lower costs while delivering high levels of service to clients/stores.

Oversaw daily store operations, with a specialty in Human Resources and Store Operations, at two locations, both with over 250 associates and average weekly sales of $1.3 million.Maintain display compliance throughout the store according to company standards to deliver a exemplary customer shopping experience through weekly planning sessions with department leaders. Responsible for successor planning of applicable associates within the store, resulting in multiple associates being promoted to various positions (department leaders, management, etc.) both within the store and company.
