27 years working in the automated packaging industry at AXON LLC, a division ProMach Inc. Started working for AXON in 1996 in the Mechanical Engineering department. Transitioned into an Installation and Technical Training role, and eventually became the Customer Service Manager for over 10 years. After my role as a CSM, I moved into a Sales and Project Management position, and now manage both the Engineering and Project Management departments.
