As the Global Sales Support Manager I will work to optimize sales process throughout the world. I provide expert assistance to all Sales Executives in order to put NiSoft in the best position to win sales opportunities.I prepare and conduct on-line demonstrations as request by Regional VP of Sales.I assist, prepare and coordinate the completion of NiSoft responses to functional and technical sections of Requests for Information (RFI’s), Requests for Proposals (RFP’s), Requests for Quotations (RFQ’s) and Proposals.I ensure NiSoft technical responses are correct, complete and professionally written.I also support post sales support to provide assistance as requested to protect and secure AMS renewals for key customers.

I lead a client services team responsible for all North and South American clients. This includes technical support as well as new client installations. I handle the entire project to install our Health and Safety software for our clients. The project includes a specification gathering session, data conversion, software configuration, installation, training, and go-live support. I also provide sales support for the VP of Sales including RFP responses, services estimation,SOW creation, and demonstrations.

I maintained the database and administration of over 100,000 products for e-commerace furniture retail site. I handled all product updates and new product loads.

I provided Technical support for a Air Monitoring Constant Emissions System(CEMS) software application to allow reporting of data collected. Maintained the software that followed 40CFR60 and 40CFR75.

I coordinated Safety Training for all OSHA requirements. I submitted all quarterly and annual production reports to OSHA, EPA and State of Colorado. I maintained all plant networks and servers. I processed all payroll and HR activities. I maintained the plants annual budget. I processed all Accounts Payable and Receivables. I installed and programmed plant software programs including CEMS and LOTO.
