I have managed work crews on large construction projects maintaining deadlines with multiple work groups and trades. I have experience in writing work procedures for the Nuclear Power Generation Industry incorporating technical requirements and testing practices. I enjoy the responsibilities and opportunities afforded to me in my profession along with the ability to apply an ever growing skill set, I maintain with state of the art training on new equipment and testing methods. The purpose of the Industrial Safety Advisory Team (ISAT) is to provide a mechanism for all employees to contribute to and promote continuous improvement in the area of industrial safety and health. The ultimate vision is to prevent injuries and provide every employee the opportunity to work within a world-class industrial safety environment. ISAT committee aids and advises the Plant General Manager on all matters related to industrial safety. The ISAT Chair and Vice-Chair will set up a monthly meeting with the Plant General Manager to discuss issues, needs, goals and expectations.Review and approve the purchase of all equipment or tooling @$5000 that is being purchased to eliminate a safety concern or to enhance safety. Prepare, prioritize and submit a list of items that eliminate a safety hazard or are a safety enhancement for next year's budget. This list needs to be presented to Project Review Board (PRB) in May for the subsequent year. Monitor the implementation of annual budgeted safety projects. Advise the Environmental, Health and Safety Department.

Monitor performance indicators and other methods of measuring and reporting work scheduling and preparations and execution taking necessary action to mitigate impacts and maintain equipment reliability. Establishes and enforces safety, procedural compliance, corrective action and appropriate work expectations. Communicates plant issues and status of objectives to management. Coordinates department activities with plant and fleet resources and teams to meet plant objectives. Ensures programs and actions are compliant with plant, fleet, and industry requirements. Plans and manages employee training and performance along with other job-related duties as assigned.
