This position is identical to my experience with Menzies Aviation. Both companies are sub contractors that do business with airlines. Mcgee Air Services took over Menzies Aviation's contract with Alaska Airlines 10/19/2017. I was able to harness my leadership, communicative, problem solving, and management skills through these operations.

My primary function was securing planes prior take off. I led my crew through the stringent process of sweeping the plane for security risks. Afterwards I completed and signed the security check list and gave the green light for the airline to start their boarding process. I managed a crew of 3-6 people on a daily basis ensuring quality upkeep was maintained on the inside of the plane.
