- Responsible for Canadian business development activities for 80+ different technology offerings from Air Liquide Global E&C, including both internal group sales and external third-party sales- Manage entire sales process from marketing research through to proposal offering and final contract negotiation; with both internal and external stakeholders- Engage the appropriate experts from various worldwide offices in Germany, France, USA, Japan, etc. in order to develop the most technologically and commercially attractive solutions for clients in Canada in various industries ranging from refining, petrochemicals, LNG, mining, etc.

- Responsible for the turnover of all Air Liquide engineering and procurement documentation; on a system basis, of a $500 million+ refinery project - Manage a team of 15 international, multi-centre engineers to produce back drafted As-built documentation based on mechanical completion- Interface with the client and third-parties; in conjunction with our commissioning team, to ensure all required information has been provided for the safe and reliable operation of the facility (incl. spares)

- Leading and managing of multinational proposal teams working on proposals for the Americas involving Air Liquide E&C technologies for licensing, engineering, procurement and construction management- Consistently develop technically and economically-optimized solutions to meet the demands of the customer; including establishing a sound foundation for project execution of all sizes and types - Being the contact person for sales and client by supporting the sales / proposal strategy and coordinating with project management, technical teams, legal, commercial and senior management

- Responsible for the creation and execution of a new Workface Planning program for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of a $500 million+ refinery project- Primarily located in Frankfurt with coordination of multiple offices in Shanghai, Calgary and New Delhi as well as procurement locations all over the globe to ensure workflow of engineering and material to fabrication/construction locations in China and Canada- Contribute to all EPC functions including prime contract negotiation/formation, subcontract formation, project documentation (PEP, CEP, Field Engineering Plan, etc.), EPC scheduling, project controls reporting, constructability studies, contract management, change management, document control, commercial management, etc.

- Responsible for the development and implementation of a new material and progress-tracking program implemented companywide on $1 billion+ of project work- Led team of 5 engineers to define system requirements, worked with software programmers, performed multi-location beta testing, wrote user manuals, trained 200+ users, migrated data and switched over program during project execution

- Accountable for delivery of 2000+ detailed construction packages used in the execution of construction works on a large oilsands upgrader- Led team of up to 20 planning engineers to review all engineering information to accurately plan procurement, material management, scheduling, execution and project controls; all of which was tracked using project management software
