Active in the aviation industry for over 40 years with experience in maintenance, production and flight operations. Have experience in FAA Part 145 maintenance as a airframe and power plant lead mechanic on all major manufactures aircraft.Manages and schedules standard work packages and incorporates non-standard aircraft maintenance with standard work de-conflicting work based on aircraft systems. Fills in for both management and supervision of flight test mechanics, electricians and avionics technicians when required and analyzes trends in production delays. Advises mechanics and technician on technical issues. Debriefs flight test and government acceptance flight crews upon completion of flight test sorties. Coordinates support agency assistance for engineering, parts procurement and tooling requirements.Holds FAA certifications as an Airframe and Power Plant mechanic as well as a Flight engineer.Have experience in FAA Part 145 maintenance as a lead mechanic
