I am a seasoned leader in the hospitality industry, most of my career in operations. I have lead all areas of corporate operations, including a restaurant that achieved 8 million annual sales. My extensive restaurant experience, my dynamic leadership style, my passion for the industry and my ability to connect with others provide me with a strong and balanced understanding of what the guest, employee, and organization needs to help restaurants be successful. My career has focused a great deal on training and leadership; helping employees advance and progress toward their goals gives me a great deal of pride. Many of my restaurants have been MIT training facilities. I also have extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance. I am ServeSafe certified for both food and beverage. My corporate restaurant experience has helped me propel my career into privately owned, chef driven restaurants. My balance of leadership and passion for hospitality have helped raise commitment within the industry and in the communities.My leadership style is very hands on and I lead by example.
