I was responsible for setting up new computers for our Workplace Clients. This task involves researching the software being used and ensuring its proper installation on the computers. In addition, I handle the resolution of any system errors that may arise. I also had to oversee the transition of end users from their old systems to their new computers. This includes providing support for any queries they may have and educating them on how to effectively use their new systems. In the event of any errors, I am skilled in onsite troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure minimal disruption to the end user's operations.
