CurrentBMW Financial Services provides lease and retail financing options for the BMW families suite of new or pre-owned vehicles in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. As an inbound collections specialist, I handled inbound call volume ranging from 45-75 calls daily. Coordinated with customer service, mid and senior collections, repossession/recovery, and fraud to ensure call handled by appropriate departments. Adhered to all federal privacy laws and standards, always keeping the utmost confidentiality. Went over account details, offered payment options per tools at my disposal, and took detailed notes. 100% call quality achieved for months of October 2017, November 2017, December 2017, and February 2018. Placed 5th overall in dollars collected for February 2018. Was 8th in dollars collected for YTD 2018 at end of contract.
