CurrentAs the Director of Technology at The Joseph Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, I lead the strategic integration of technology to support our mission of restoring dignity and fostering belonging for individuals and families in need. My role bridges technical innovation, creative digital strategies, and operational efficiency to drive impactful results.Key Responsibilities:Technology Strategy: Develop and implement scalable IT systems, including cloud-based and headless technologies, to enhance organizational efficiency and service delivery.IT Infrastructure & Security: Manage user identity systems, data storage solutions, and security protocols, ensuring safe and seamless operations.Digital Content Management: Oversee social media, video production (filming/editing), and the creation of mission-driven content to build engagement and awareness.Web Development: Design and maintain dynamic, user-focused web platforms that drive donations, engagement, and program visibility.Branding & Design: Lead branding efforts to ensure consistency across all materials, aligning digital and physical assets with our mission and values.Through a combination of technical expertise, creative strategy, and leadership, I enable The Joseph Center to leverage technology effectively, ensuring sustainable growth and meaningful impact for the communities we serve.
