Covering both verbal and written customer liaison regarding freight rates, service parameter, schedule information and customer inquiries and complaints > Develop a positive culture within the operations which promotes continuous improvement and the development of the team. > Prepare tenders and quotations in cooperation with the operations department for both local as well as overseas accounts.
