• Oversee and manage long term product strategy for Men's apparel and accessories• Manage profit margins across categories to deliver on financial targets• Work with design to innovate and bring new product technologies to market• Meet with key accounts to present product offerings and identify new opportunitiesfor the business• Identify and deliver on areas of growth by building strategic omni-channel roadmaps by category and distribution• Partner with planning on in-season velocities as well as build future business goals andplans• Cross-company liason for product communication and flow to departments

• Product Management of Inline business for T-Shirts, Knits, Fleece, and Active TopCategories• Responsible for line plan of product assortments and execution• Work as a team with Product Design and Development from product concept tocreation• Identify consumer behavior and build into key seasonal/annual offerings• Deliver product presentation to sales force at Go-to-Market meeting

- Responsible for Global Development for the Printables Inline Business- Worked closely with global source base to execute the line from Tech Packs to Pre-Production- Collaborate with Design and Product Line Management for product vision- Manage costing and negotiations with factory partners- Responsible for BOM's and completing Pre-Production duties in PLM system
