I am a certified Athletic Trainer working for the Houston Astros.I received my BA in Athletic Training and MA in Physical Education: Emphasis in Kinesiology and Sports Performance from the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) My research involved analyzing training sessions in collegiate rugby athletes in order to decrease volume while increasing the intensity and still increase endurance in the athletes. I am a highly motivated individual with a passion to continue finding new ways to help athletes improve their performance. I am certified in Dry Needling and am planning to get certified in spinal manipulation during the off season.
