I believe I would am an ideal candidate because of my current understanding, knowledge and attitude in customer service. My very first job was at Next as a Christmas temp. I knew I had to show my abilities from the first day, being the quick learner that I am, I did much more than just finish the tasks given which caught my managers attention. I was then offered a job. I learnt a lot about customer service and health and safety. My current job as a bus driver has given me more skills and experiences on a personally level with passengers. I deal with answering passenger queries which consists of giving directions, updating passengers of delays, road closures and train line closures. I check my bus daily to ensure it is safe to drive, safety is my main concern always. My job has taught me to keep focus and be vigilant for long hours of the day. Any thing can happen on a busy London road but I am prepared to face any obstacles that could occur.Becoming a driver was a dream job I have been wanting since finishing college, it was a great personal achievement. I left school with decent grades which allowed me to go on to university. I hope that I can prove my abilities to the world and become a great addition to my community, thank you for taking time to read.
