Manage staff levels through scheduling and balancing of employee strengths to effectively set and supply rooms for Business Meetings, Conventions, Banquets, Weddings, etc. Worked with both the Guests, and Staff to provide a positive experience. Making sure the staff is properly equipped to perform a task, whether with the correct skills from training or with correct equipment. Making sure supplies are stocked with feed back from staff. Helping with Basic AV Tech and Set Up.

In a Family Owned Cafe you do a little bit of everything from Marketing, running the register, cooking and maintaining the overall appearance of the Cafe. As the Manager it was my job to promote the Cafe. I set up radio promotions, coupons and Advertising.

Researching through both the database and the physical records. I was responsible for looking at the plat survey to find a tax pin or on microfilm or microfiche making sure there were no liens or judgments against either client or property.
