ATI is an Industrial Instrumentation and Electrical Construction company. The business has been in existence since the early 1980;s, acquired by the Politte companies in the middle 1990's. Project accomplishments include Industrial I&E work in oil/gas, petrochemical, midstream pipelines, specialty plants, refineries, pulp/paper, government facilities, municipal facilities and most recently in the renewable energy space. ATI continues its growth in our ever changing industrial economy.

CMR owns and manages a large number of oil and gas producing properties, primarily in the Colorado DJ Basis.

Downstream transportation and logistics operation moving Ethanol/Biodiesel from Rail-to-Truck and Rail-to-Pipeline Chattanooga, TN. This logistics terminal was developed, constructed and is currently being operated by our 6 shareholder team. As the primary interface between rail and storage, the operation provides critical product transportation needs to the downstream marketing terminals in the area.
