Supporting Design Engineers thru identifying new and alternative Active, Passive, Mechanical and Electro-mechanical Components from preferred suppliers/ manufacturers  Providing electrical parametric table comparison of components/parts for the design engineers’ easier review  Answer all technical queries from the design engineers regarding the proposed part  Making sure all necessary documents needed to have the part approved by the Design Engineers (e.g., datasheet, Material Declaration, RoHS CoC and REACH CoC)  Obtaining best price and lead time of components /parts using Emerson's Suppliers’ Contract Pricing or requesting direct quotation to the manufacturers / suppliers  Finding alternate components which costs less but has equal or better electrical parameters and quality for further Potential Savings opportunities.  Coordinate product road maps of suppliers with the design teams
