As Director of Development and Construction Eric oversees all aspects of Center Court Mass (CCM) activities in the Boston area including entitlement, acquisition/disposition, financing, design, construction management, tenant fit outs, leasing/sales and asset management. Notable CCM projects include The Archer Residences, a boutique 62 unit luxury condominium in Beacon Hill completed in 2020, Morrissey Blvd. Portfolio, a 9 acre multi-phase development project in the Dorchester neighborhood in Boston currently undergoing entitlement, and The Town Portfolio including and assemblage of fully leased industrial/office/R&D buildings in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston. • Manage energy consumption for a portfolio of 22 buildings comprising over 1.2 million square feet, including residential, office, education, and food service facilities• Provide owner project management of energy conservation and facility renovation projects overseeing tasks including RFP development for engineering, architect, and contractors, soliciting and analyzing proposals, developing and executing contracts, and on-site project management throughout construction• Manage an energy and utilities budget of over $3.3 million dollars annually• Ongoing identification and implementation of energy conservation projects which resulted in portfolio energy reductions of over 7% in 2 years • Address daily maintenance concerns related to occupant comfort and general building HVAC operations

• Developed curriculum for a course in sustainable building design and operation• Presented multiple lectures relating to efficient HVAC design and building controls optimization

• Performed ASHRAE Level II energy audits for over 35 Harvard University buildings encompassing 1.1 million square feet. Combined, reports identified over 400 ECMs with average predicted energy reduction of 25% • Consulted on new construction and renovation projects to identify energy saving methods for construction and ongoing building operations • Worked as owner’s project manager on energy conservation measure projects assisting with tasks including design development, contractor selection, and construction management• Completed LEED documentation for new construction and renovation projects
