Direct seven individual employees on a day-to-day basis and twenty contract landmen in regards to well pad scouting, roadway betterment through Penn Dot approved roadway management plan, and adhering to environmental permits through the Department of Environmental Protection.Perform surface access duties in connection with the leasing of rights of ways and pipeline construction, including permitting, and working with landowners and regulatory agencies.Negotiate on behalf of the company with landowners to acquire oil and gas leases, pipeline rights of way, meter site agreements, and other related agreements. Such agreements and acquisitions may have significant financial impact. Prepare leases, addendums, rights of way and all other documents and reports as necessary. Conduct courthouse lease, ownership and assessment reports.Conduct and assemble title searches and reviews as necessary. Represent the company in handling complaints, arbitrating disputes or resolving grievances that may arise during negotiations with landowners and business activities with regulatory agencies.Attend necessary management meetings pertaining to day to day operations.Ensure environmental regulations are adhered to daily to ensure environmental compliance with local regulators.Negotiate daily with landowners, environmental regulators and municipal officials on daily operations to ensure compliance.
