Athletes coached by Engineered Triathletes are individuals who have a strong passion and desire to accomplish more. Custom exercise prescriptions are designed around these desires and follow an annual plan to ensure athletes exceed their personal goals in their priority races. The design of each program is based on and individuals history in the sport, personal injury history, and the science of human physiology as it relates to exercise physiology and the sport of triathlon. The end result, our athletes grow stronger and faster, while sustaining a better balanced lifestyle with a low risk of pain cycles.

Gillie Girl Sprint Triathlon is a 3rd party event supporting the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund. The Gillie Girl Triathlon is considered a sprint event (1/2 mile swim, 15 mile bike, 3.1 mile run) with a race field of nearly 600 particpants. 100% of the net proceeds of this event are donated to the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund. To date, this amount has exceed $40,000 (2012-2013). The CMB Fund provides local cancer research grants and lecturships and an endowment in the quest to find new treatments, establish new guidelines for treatment and one day will have played a substancial role in the quest to find a cure.
