I managed the flow of information from the client’s learning management system down to line managers and SharePoint libraries, and I assisted global leadership in their efforts to identify high potential employees (or deficiencies) via HR analytics and performance metrics. I conducted research, performed analysis, developed curriculum content for blended learning projects; and gained the trust from program/project sponsors on areas of improvement, while influencing a sense of urgency and participation from subject matter experts.

Supported NASA's Spaceflight Training Management Office, at Johnson Space Center, and successfully managed the execution of pre-flight training activities for International Space Station (ISS) astronauts assigned to prime and backup crews of Expedition 19 and 24.

Managed the architectural planning process. Worked intricately with graphic design software, building / safety codes, and client specifications to develop solutions to complex building design requirements—from beginning to end—resulting in construction drawings (blueprints) for educational, hospitality, and residential projects.
