The Directorate of Training and Doctrine develops Army Aviation training; doctrinal literature for Aviation Branch; gunnery and aircraft survivability equipment issues; and the Aviation Combined Arms Training Stragety. Operations and Support Division. The Operations and Support Division performs administrative, personnel and logistics operations of the directorate, to include out-year planning and strategy. Tactics Division. The Tactics Division manages the development, production and quality control of all doctrinal publications for Army Aviation and ensures Aviation doctrine is correctly integrated into the doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures of other branches of the Army as well as joint doctrine. Tactics Division is the focal point for the center in lessons learned of Aviation operations and the Aircraft Shoot Down Assessment Team.Tactical Operations Branch of Tactics Division’s primary duties are to standardize, implement, supervise, and execute the Army’s Aviation TACOPS Officer Program.Gunnery Branch of Tactics Division develops and integrates the Army’s aerial gunnery program and is the proponent for the Helicopter Gunnery training circular TC 3-04.45.Training Division. The Training Division, consisting of Warrior Training, Warrior Modernization, and Flight Training Branches, conducts individual training analysis and course design for Aviation institutional courseware and sustainment training packages according to the systems approach to training process and Army XXI training principles. It provides training development expertise to manage, write, review, and coordinate Aviation training support materials, as well as management of all interactive multimedia products. These products include the Army Training Courseware, programs of instruction, Soldier training publications, and selected aircrew training manuals. Training Division also acts as the executive agent for the USAACE responsibilities in the Army School System.

LSCO PME Training Integrator, USAACE Large Scale Combat Operations SME and PME integrator responsible for oversight of the entire PME, POI portfolio as it pertains to integration of LSCO into USAA CE Curriculum through Doctrine and Tactics. Oversees design of the operational simulation exercises used in all officer and warrant officer PME, as well as provide platform SME instruction to Aviation BOLC and Aviation CCC. Chief Operations Group Plans and Exercises Designee 2019/05/02- 2020/07/24 Chief Operations Group X, a diverse organization consisting of over 196 military, Army civilians, and contractors. Responsible for the design, planning, and control of multi-echelon, distributed Warfighter Exercises and Mission Rehearsal Exercises in support of Army Commanding Generals' training directives and objectives. Responsible for replicating a realistic, relevant, and rigorous strategic environment for the conduct of Unified Lands Operations incorporating Unified Action Partners and hybrid threat actors to include WCOPFOR. Leads MCTP's exercise planning process, including exercise life cycle events, ensuring all aspects of exercise design are coordinated and synchronized within MCTP and with external training partners and training units. Serves as MCTP Chief Exercise Controller during execution.

Chief of Operations Group Foxtrot, Mission Command Training Program, primarily responsible for the observation, coaching, and training of Unified Land Operations to regular and reserve component multi-functional Brigades. Conducts direct coordination and analysis with FORSCOM Combat Training Centers, TRADOC Centers of Excellence, the Center for Army Lessons Learned, and numerous agencies to ensure realistic and challenging training for Brigades and Staffs. Coordinates with training audiences, exercise design and control, and General Officers/Senior Mentors to ensure unit training objectives are nested, stimulated, and achieved. Ensures units are challenged and Army wide trends are addressed and mitigated. Responsible for planning and execution of Mission Command Seminars, Mission Rehearsal Exercises, CPXs, WFXs, and a variety of other Training Events designed for deploying Multi-Functional Brigades. Directly responsible for the professional development of 75 field grade and senior warrant officers, enlisted personnel, DA civilians and contractors

PRINCIPAL DUTY TITLE: Director, Combined Joint Operations Center Headquarters, Resolute Support Kabul, Afghanistan 2017/06/01-2018/05/15. Responsible to the CJ3, DCOSOPS, and COMRS for battle space monitoring, reporting, and support for all joint and multinational operations within the Combined Joint Operations Area-Afghanistan (CJOA-A) and directing timely responses to security events and in-extremis situations. Serves as the principal conduit for the flow of information between the ten subordinate commands and COMRS. Provides visibility of operational enablers and synchronizes operations across the CJOA-A. Leads a joint, multinational team comprised of 98 staff officers, NCOs, Soldiers, and Civilians from over 22 NATO allied and partner nations.

Commands the only attack aviation Training Support Battalion responsible for the post-mobilization deployment training and validation of all Reserve Component (RC) Attack Reconnaissance Battalions (ARB) and separate attack companies. Coordinates directly with 21st Cavalry Brigade and adjacent formations to train and validate all RC ARBs during the Army Unit Fielding Training Program in live, virtual, and constructive environments. Plans, coordinates, resources, and executes realistic and battle-focused post-mobilization training to mobilize, train, and validate Army utility, cargo, and MEDEVAC forces preparing for immediate combat deployment. Primary coach, teacher, mentor, and trainer for unit Observer Coach/Trainer cadre, unit liaisons, and partnered RC leadership.
