Hong Kong

W Hotel is a five-star hotel located at Kowloon in Hong Kong. The hotel is most famous for its interior designs and is quite stylish. I worked as a waiter at their hotel restaurant called “Kitchen”. Duties include basic waiter tasks such as taking order, delivering food and handling bills, cleaning and set up. Other duties include working in the service bar (beverages preparation), drink running and up selling.

Brisbane South Bank

EastXpress is an Asian fast food restaurant which operations are similar to McDonalds but sell different rice dishes. I worked as both front and back staff which duties includes taking orders and tilts handling, cleaning, food preparing, counting and recording stocks.

Hong Kong

Mass mutual is an insurance company where I worked in their underwriting department as a temp. clerk. My duties includes assisting all team members with easy and time consuming tasks includes checking agreements for errors or mistakes, scanning, photo copying files as well as testing their new website and parts of their software.
