As a Customer Experience Manager at Allas Sea Pool, I co-lead a team of 20+ staff members to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences to our guests. I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staff training, customer feedback, and quality standards of our seaside wellness complex, which offers pools, saunas, cafes, and events.With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Ecotourism and Outdoor Leadership and a Business Diploma, I have a strong background and passion for adventure travel, customer service, and interpretive guiding. I have been working at Allas Sea Pool since 2018, starting as a Customer Service Representative, then becoming a Customer Service Supervisor, and finally a Customer Experience Manager.
