Eric has incomparable discipline to detail, a real aptitude for resolving issues and planning everyday tasks with an ease bordering on organizational alchemy. He worked for LWG from 1996 to 2011. His skills magnified as a designer and then summersaulted into construction management. He then left in 2011, to work for the City of Ottawa as a Senior Project Manager until 2022. Toward the end of Summer ’22 Eric rejoined the LWG team, even better armed to assist in exciting workplace projects. He has the added perspective of a client which helps him to better understand the challenges that face clients – which means a reaffirmed knowledge of how to address those same hurdles.Beyond his dedication to the experience of assuring impeccable results, Eric is a committed volunteer. There's a cadre of exotic animals that benefit from his energies. He finds that volunteering at the Granby Zoo gives him a lot back. He serves on the executive committee for the Granby’s Association for People with Aphasia, as well, which is a perfect mechanism to allow him to contribute his leadership skills.Eric continuously strives to ensure that every contribution has a positive impact on people.
