SMW Local 104 Residential AC Specialist - Heat Pumps, Air Handlers, Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Zoning- Engaging with customer throughout the install process- Removing, installing, and sealing duct work- Demolition of old equipment- Brazing lineset- Running condensate drains and pumps- Installing 24V to 230V electrical for zoning, thermostat, furnaces, and ACs- Pressure testing, vacuuming lineset, and charging with refrigerant- Completing jobs correctly and in a timely manner while maintaining a clean work environment- Organization of vehicle stock and job materials

Working side-by-side with a lead installer installing different systems:(Mitsubishi: Heat Pumps, Ducted and Ductless Air Handlers, Branch Boxes)(Lennox: Heat Pumps, Ducted and Ductless Air Handlers, Furnaces, Air Conditioners)(American Standard: Furnaces and Air Conditioners)- Engaging with customer throughout the install process- Removing, installing, and sealing duct work- Demolition of old equipment- Brazing lineset- Running condensate drains and pumps- Installing 24V to 230V electrical for zoning, thermostat, furnaces, and ACs- Pressure testing, vacuuming lineset, and charging with refrigerant- Completing jobs correctly and in a timely manner while maintaining a clean work environment- Organization of vehicle stock and job materials

- Organizing and assembling job equipment and material- Organizing bill of lading sheets, equipment, and material receipts- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe shop- Picking up and delivering parts to job sites- Traversing through narrow roads (Truck, Van, Box Truck)- Supporting HVAC install and service- Supporting Plumbing install and service- Assisting on installation of Generac Generators- Installing Mitsubishi Mini Splits, Lennox Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, and American Standard Furnaces.- Installing Bradford White Tanked Water Heaters, Navien Tankless Water Heaters, and Halo 5 Water Filters

- Maintaining an organized and clean workplace for servers- Overseeing and replenishing stock- Engaging with customers and ensuring they are satisfied with their drinking experience
