Responsibilities: Manages and supervises Engineers handling equipment maintenance, tooling, preventive maintenance and their sustaining technicians. Has an extensive experience on Equipment maintenance of Diebond, Wirebond, Leadforming, Singulation, Equipment systems and Tooling management. Monitors and tracks Equipment Operational Utilization performance on a daily basis. Lead and formulate Equipment improvement using machine to machine variation reduction to improve machine uptime. Coordinates training sessions for new equipment with the Technicians and Operators as needed. Conducts/participate in the equipment selection, qualification and buy-off both in house and / or abroad. Leads and support critical machine troubleshooting and repair. Provides expert advice / ideas and act on issues involving automation machine uptime and yield performance. Manages tooling and parts fabrication.

Decides on parts replacement to improve machine efficiency and capacity. Maintains and updates maintenance manuals, and software upgrades in order to ensure that the equipment are maintained according to the latest software versions and standards. Supports process and machine yield improvement initiatives. Reports directly to the Factory Engineering Manager
