I oversaw the integration of LK Industries into the new parent company, taking responsibility to train the new division president and manage financial and productivity targets. In my work, I worked closely with the CEO to create and execute the operational growth plan, and I led reorganization initiatives, including entity rebranding, realignment of sales strategy, and restructuring of personnel.
