Eric’s deep relationships with best in class real estate operators, lenders, financial institutions, brokers and industry service providers gives LRE Management an edge in finding opportunistic transactions. More than 85% of his investment partners participate in multiple investment opportunities.Eric’s core investment principle is to deliver tax efficient current income while generating long-term capital appreciation. Every investor should have the appropriate allocation of income producing real estate as part of an overall investment portfolio with a range 15%-25% for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth investors. Real Estate is less correlated and less volatile than stocks and bonds and offers investors tremendous benefits including high returns, an inflation hedge and tax advantages not available with other investments. Given its lack of liquidity, it should be part of a long-term strategy. Prior to starting LRE Management LLC, Eric spent 20 years running the day to day operations of multibillion dollar real estate loan and securities trading businesses for Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Ally Financial (formerly GMAC), Washington Mutual, Countrywide and Salomon Smith Barney. Eric brings a significant amount of experience to identifying, evaluating and negotiation complex real estate transactions. Eric graduated from Boston University with B.S.B.A. in Accounting and earned his CPA with KPMG in New York.
