I worked in the Orians lab as part of a collaborative project to better understand the effects of climate change on tea from a biological, chemical, sensory, and economic perspective. My work primarily investigates the effects of insect herbivory on tea chemistry and quality and the effects of interactions between insects and abiotic effects such as drought.
