Responsible for executing transparency as well as ensuring organization at all meetings. Worked directly with the Dean’s Office to ensure success at all annual events.Florida Dental Convention Director August 2016-May 2017• Organized the logistics behind the Florida Dental Convention for the Dental Ambassadors which included, ensuring student representation on behalf of the college and organizing networking events for the alumni to partake in.

Researched Iron transport in Streptococcus mutans by using modern microbiology techniques to determine its role in stress response and biofilm formation. S. mutans is a primary pathogen in dental caries and the primary causative agent in infective endocarditis. Presented the research at the IADR meeting in San Francisco, which was then published in Journal of Bacteriology.
