Growing up in the small town of Bow, NH I had my sights set on selling homes right out of the gate. At age 5 I collected Homes and Land Magazine and I always dreamed of the "For Sale" signs being my own. My family has been real estate and sales minded for generations. My grandfather owned/founded some of New Hampshire’s first mobile home parks, and my father is a real estate attorney who has built a portfolio of more than 200 apartments in Manchester. My mother was also a sales professional working large corporate sales territories for Johnson and Johnson. It's safe to say I was surrounded by business and sales my entire life. After graduating High School I moved 45 minutes East and attended The University Of New Hampshire for 4 years, graduating with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. I took the real estate salesperson course while at UNH, and by age 23 I was a licensed NH Realtor.Over the past 7 years I have personally sold over $30,000,000 in residential real estate, and have maintained a top 20% status within my brokerage and in the county's in which I practice (Strafford and Rockingham in New Hampshire). During this time I have purchased, renovated, and sold 4 residential homes, and 3 multi-family properties.In my free time you can find me in the gym or at home cooking up a gourmet meal for family. Some of my favorite activities include traveling and experiencing new cultures.
