Hi there! I'm a Customer Success professional who takes particular pride in my communication style, empathy, and ability to think through technical solutions. I have experience in B2B SaaS as a customer success manager, helping business clients to scale their software needs effectively. My work experience includes time spent within and alongside fintech, mortgage and real estate, financial analysis, and the restaurants and hospitality industries. My customer success role with TripAdvisor focused specifically on customer retention, employing both tactical and strategic practices to drive renewals and improve our revenue stream. I was the company's last line for escalated account issues; a typical month included $12-18k in monthly revenue I renewed from cancellation inquiries. The uncertainties of 2020 saw our SMB clients struggle, and this eventually led to a career reset for me. In the time since, I found a rewarding role in recruiting with a local logistics company. I was able to lead staffing operations from a contracting role and learned a lot about the hiring process (including ATS software, yet another SaaS model). I'm grateful for the experience to have guided new hires into hitting the ground running. More recently, I helped launch Glitch Local, a digital marketing and operations consultancy. Building on past experience, I've worked to shape our product suite, refine the ideal customer profile, and build out a customer success road map as we scale up in scope. This has been a challenging exercise and learning experience in both planning and execution.Outside of my resume, the accomplishment I'm most proud of recently has been walking into a Brazilian jiu jitsu gym for the first time in 2021. The COVID lockdowns seemed to set everyone's health and fitness back, and I was no exception there! It was nerve-wracking to put myself out there and get flipped and twisted around by the regulars, but I'm so happy to have stuck my neck out and picked up a cool little distinction. I've also become a wholehearted DDP Yoga enthusiast - this is the "pro wrestling" version of a yoga routine - which has been great for body and mind.I'm thankful that my recent endeavors have afforded me extra time together with immediate and extended family. Still, I consider myself very much a Customer Success Manager by trade and am actively pursuing the perfect role to advance my skillset and impact a growing company. It's always a pleasure to connect with fellow professionals to exchange ideas and encouragement. I look forward to hearing from you!
