I am a Senior Analyst, IT Executive Support at CVS Health, where I provide high-quality technical support and problem-solving to the executive team. I am also a student of Cyber & Data Security Technology at The University of Arizona Global Campus, pursuing my passion for cybersecurity and data protection. I have a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies - Technology Management from Northern Arizona University, and two associate degrees from Phoenix College in Administration of Justice and General Education.In my current role, I coordinate, schedule, and support multi-point internal and external audio/video conferences, including corporate town hall meetings with thousands of attendees. I also perform root cause analysis, develop analytics, and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention. I work with various platforms, devices, and applications, and use my skills in technical support, network administration, and computer hardware to diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex issues in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment.
