As the CEO and founder of The Tao Applied, I have been teaching and practicing Taijiquan for over 20 years, with the guidance of various renowned masters around the world. I have developed a unique and rare style of Taiji called Spiral Form Taijiquan, which combines ancient Taoist principles with modern scientific research. My mission is to help people achieve holistic health, wellness, and mastery through Taiji and Qigong. I have taught and lectured at prestigious institutions, such as the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University, and worked with diverse clients, from law firms to hospitals. My students have won multiple championships in Taiji sensing hands competitions.
