He collaborates with stakeholders, develops policies and reports, and ensures efficient operations and integration of quality improvement reporting for compliance.

Since the employee service documentation project that would have prevented this government action was four months behind schedule with no sign of being completed on time there was some urgency regarding its completionQuickly organized IT team, using superior planning and technical innovation to complete the Kronos TimeKeeper project on schedule and save First Magnus the $2M+ federal penalty. Unfortunately, the company was later forced out of business due to worsening global economic crisis.
