My leadership skills helped me drive strong engagement, lead the team in delivering exceptional service, cost results, and realize its vision. I started as a Fleet Manager at 10 Roads Logistics, which was formerly known as Eagle Express Lines. In just one year, I was promoted as the Business Unit Manager, wherein I handled the mail in six different states. After three years, I was then promoted as the Division Manager and to Terminal Manager after two years. As the Division Manager, my main task was to direct and manage five fleet managers, 12 dispatchers, and 200 drivers while managing contractor negotiations. Currently, I coordinate, direct, and manage all of the company's US postal contract and dispatching activities.
