Responsible for ensuring the Quality management system is maintained and followed according to IATF 16949 and internal standards. Managing the quality control and assurance staff. Managing and overseeing the APQP, PPAP, Critical characteristics, PCR and ECR's. Responsible for internal auditing of both IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 as well as performing supplier audits.

I have moved from our Newberry branch to our Laurens branch in November of 2008. This branch was the branch of the year for 2008 and has continued to grow in 2009. We recently moved to another office with more room which allows us to meet the needs of our clients with more ease. As a company we have changed our name from Roper Personnel Services to Roper Staffing at the end of last year.

I work in the Staffing industry in Newberry, SC. Our corporate office is out of Columbia having two branches in Columbia and 3 other branch offices.

I generated my own leads through public records of Mortgage companies who charge historically higher than normal interest rates. I used this information to offer people competitive Rates for refinancing their Mortgage, Home Equity loans and First Mortgages.
