After graduating with a degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University, Mr. Rauscher pursued a career in commercial real estate as a broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial and then moved on to manage Southwest Land investments in 1996. Mr. Rauscher successfully grew the investment, development and asset management arms of Southwest Land Investments by instituting due diligence policies and procedures while crafting a successful and profitable business plan for the company’s founders. In 2004, Mr. Rauscher became one of the founding partners of Crossfire Development Company which eventually merged with INCAP Fund where Mr. Rauscher became Director of Real Estate and assisted in executing a business plan to raise institutional money and eventually close a $250 million programmatic venture with JP Morgan. As point in charge of the acquisition and disposition process, due diligence team and asset management team Mr. Rauscher implemented best in class due diligence processes, policies and procedures to successfully close over $80 million in real estate acquisitions and $50 million of dispositions in a 24 month period. In 2016, Mr. Rauscher launched Fortior Development LLC and currently serves as CEO. Fortior is a full service General Contractor, Real Estate Development and Real Estate Brokerage Company with offices in Dallas, Texas and Denver, Colorado.
