Packaging Coordinator
Develop, sustain, and improve internal and external packaging processes across all UGN plant operations.Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and agreement is facilitated for all packaging inquires. Tooling Coordinator
The Tooling Coordinator performs tooling engineering assignments, including, but not limited to, develop RFQ, negotiate tooling quotes, coordinate tool design development, maintain and develop tooling databases for all UGN facilities.• Lead all tooling RFD (Request for Development) activities, including and not limited to: represent Tooling Group in all RFD meetings; review drawing/CAD data/Bill of materials; prepare and send out RFQ (Request for Quote) packages; review and negotiate tooling quotes; prepare detailed cost breakdown and sketches to support cost justification• Coordinate with Tooling Engineers, Product Development, Product Design, Sales, Program Managers, Process Engineering and Manufacturing Program Managers on Tooling requirements and assembly process development• Maintain and improve UGN quotation database to organize all quotes so cost analysis can be done by tool type, features, sizes, vendor etc. for historical and quick quote purposes• Maintain and improve UGN tool inventory database to track production, service and obsolete tools to reduce the storage space requirement for each plant• Maintain all revisions of tooling specifications, processes and best practices, and ensure all parties have the latest relevant specs as annual revisions are released. • Perform routine CAD data transfers between Product Engineering and suppliers and maintain tool CAD databasePerform data analysis to ensure proper tooling lineups and changes are accounted for quoting during period of program quote life.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Manage the Paint Line BIQ gate and provide support to facility BIQ Sort Teams as required• Analyze requirements and make recommendations for facility systems, paint processes, training, equipment needs, and engineering product designs• Document creation and management for all Paint Line related Standard Work Instructions and Controlled Process Documentation (SWS, WIS, PFMEA, Control Plans, etc.)• Create and manage all Paint Line related Kaizen activities (Continuous Improvement)• PCN Creation and management for all Paint Line related process changes and improvements including all paint related customer requests• Evaluate projects and prepare feasibility studies to define desired results, and assess value proposition• Complete both specialized and broad-based assignments/projects which may require collaboration and integration with other functions/value streams (AARs, DPMOs, CPIs, etc.)• Analyze requirements and make recommendations for facility systems, paint processes, training, equipment needs, and engineering product designs• Validate process capability for all new processes – both direct and indirect• Perform RCCA analysis and execute corrective action for all Paint Line related issues
